The productivity score is calculated by the ratio of on-time tasks (within 30 min of the due time) divided by the total number of tasks. Right below is your average productivity score, as well as how your last shift compares to your average.
Productivity Scoring
A good score is over 80% and is displayed in green
A fair score is between 50-79% and is displayed in yellow
A poor score is under 50% and is displayed in red
Analytics
Tasks: The total number of tasks (combined from all patients) that you had this shift.
Patients: The total number of patients that you cared for this shift.
T/P Ratio: The ratio of Tasks to Patients (calculated by tasks divided by patients). The higher the T/P Ratio, the busier the shift, which could explain a lower productivity score.
Progress tracking
Your progress is tracked over time so you can view productivity trends. If you have multiple scores on the same calendar day, the average score will be displayed in the chart. You can view your progress with different timelines.
