For example, if your template task starts at 12:00 AM and repeats every 1 hour, but your shift starts at 7 AM, then the first task will be added at 7 AM.</p></callout-component><h2 id="zb7kxiqki57" data-toc-id="zb7kxiqki57"><strong>Save your changes</strong></h2><p>Now your task template will display every time you want to add tasks for a patient. Patient recovery

<p>The productivity score is calculated by the ratio of on-time tasks (within 30 min of the due time) divided by the total number of tasks. Right below is your average productivity score, as well as how your last shift compares to your average.</p><h1 id="xbr61x1qk0k" data-toc-id="xbr61x1qk0k"><strong>Productivity Scoring</strong></h1><ul><li><p>A good score is over 80% and is displayed in green</p></li><li><p>A fair score is between 50-79% and is displayed in yellow</p></li><li><p>A poor score is under 50% and is displayed in red</p></li></ul><h1 id="eycmrkcl0t8" data-toc-id="eycmrkcl0t8"><strong>Analytics</strong></h1><ul><li><p>Tasks: The total number of tasks (combined from all patients) that you had this shift.</p></li><li><p>Patients: The total number of patients that you cared for this shift.</p></li><li><p>T/P Ratio: The ratio of Tasks to Patients (calculated by tasks divided by patients). If you have multiple scores on the same calendar day, the average score will be displayed in the chart. You can view your progress with different timelines.</p>

<p>We offer a free 14-day trial to our Pro plan. Your paid subscription starts after your free trial ends, and you'll be billed using the payment method used at sign-up. You won't be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends.</p>

<p>You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time, at least 24-hours before the next billing cycle.
